These Terms govern use of the Word Nook website and browser game. By using Word Nook, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required by law in your location to use online services without parental authorization.

2. The game

Word Nook is a word-association puzzle in which players reveal groups and drag word cards into matching categories. Content, features, availability, and optional-tool offerings may change over time.

3. Personal-use license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Word Nook for personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law permits.

4. Local progress

Game progress and settings may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers or devices, or using private browsing may remove that data. Cross-device progress is not currently promised.

5. Optional tools and future digital products

Word Nook may offer optional in-game help. Any price, quantity, eligibility, payment, refund, and platform terms must be presented at the point of purchase and will be governed by applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s terms. Optional help is not required to solve the included levels.

6. Availability and updates

We may update Word Nook to add content, fix issues, improve performance, maintain compatibility, or meet legal and platform requirements. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

Word Nook, including its name, artwork, puzzles, text, software, and visual design, is owned by or licensed to velorainteractive LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Word Nook.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Word Nook is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Word Nook, laws, or business practices. The latest version will show its update date.
